I do like the dehumidifiers but
Im needing 2 direct drain kits that were not included in my dehumidifiers BHD-501-H, I have contacted you Heat controller a few times now. I do like the dehumidifiers but, am getting no help in getting the direct drain kits. Thats all I need in order to not return them, otherwise I need to buy another brand. This humidity right now will have long term affects on my literature.
