This brace works very well...And trust me, I have had some in the past that don't. It's actually amazing how something that should be so simple can have so many different designs, styles, etc, and having a good many of then failing. The biggest problem I have had with so many of these braces is that somewhere along the line they pinch. Or something scrapes, etc...It doesn't sound like much, but I have worn some of these kind of braces that cost upward of $40 that pinch somewhere or scrape the leg or knee if wearing them on bare skin and that would be all she wrote. This very inexpensive Touz brace not only hasn't done any pinching as of yet, but it really does offer some decent support. Years ago when I was a kid my right leg was run over by a runaway truck and crushed. Several reconstructive surgeries later I still walked with a limp, but I recovered enough over the years to use it. But now that I am getting on in years the old injuries and scar tissue have made for a very weak and sometimes painful knee. This simple brace really does do a fine job when its acting up, and, when I need to bend down or squat like when doing yard work for example. I drive for a living so from time to time my right knee gets a pain from continued use. So when I was offered this knee brace I jumped at the chance to review it and boy am I glad I did.Pros:Gives moderate support.Only add a tiny bit of resistance while moving making the amount of support more then the hindrance of the resistance by quite a bit.Helped relieve my pain allowing me to go back to not using it on a strained tendon after just 2 days.Breaths amazingly well.Cons:Just so you know:I Received this product free in return for an honest reviewIs my review missing something?I think that honest, well thought out reviews sometimes are forced to take the place of personal experience while online shopping.
