Not for thick wrists
I have a thick wrist and this didn't feel very comfortable. I love the rose gold color and hoped it would help with my carpal tunnel and migraines. I only wore it 2 days because the sides were pressing into my wrist.

Very disappointed with the quality of the product
I got this as a stocking stuffer for Christmas, but I had to just leave it out...The bracelet had a lot of scratches on it as if it was previously used and returned. Very disappointed with the quality of the product. It was a waste of money;
