While the mattress itself may be of good quality (I cannot yet verify as I have not been able to use it), the delivery experience has been utterly unacceptable.My mattress was delivered to Nagercoil on September 9, 2024. Despite being in the same city, Safeexpress, Amore Mattresses' delivery partner, has intentionally delayed the delivery until today, October 16, 2024. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via phone, I have received no response.This kind of negligent service is unacceptable. I urge Amore Mattresses to reconsider their partnership with Safeexpress and find a more reliable delivery service. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by this entire ordeal.
