This is a great little camera, very clear picture day light and darkness. The problem is no support period. The support emails are returned undeliverable, the phone contacts are in china, very long distance. The pc software doesn't work on windows 10, requires IE browser and windows 10 only has Edge. The manual sent with the camera is unreadable, extreme bad english and print so fine it requires a magnifier. The manual on the CD is usable but barely. So if you want a camera that is no good for anything but viewing on your smart phone it is OK. So far I haven't been able to get it to make a motion detection alarm record, it will only take snap shots and email them and it is not reliable doing that.

We got this to use in our baby's room, we wanted to see the cute little baby as she sleeps. This camera is great. High quality image. It looks fancy. But the software, the Android app? It. Is. The. Worst. It crashes constantly. It can't connect. It even uses improper grammar. I'm returning the camera to get one I can use with better software. Very disappointing.

I recd my camera, And it took me about 20 mins to figure out!. There was a confusion with the password on the actual camera. But once you put it that incorrectly it's connected. But you have to change the password once you get him. After that I did not have any problems and it's a great little camera! I was able to view different parts of the room and house and my dog in live time!If it lasts for a while I think it is a great product.Only had it for 1 day. We'll see! I am sitting at Starbucks looking at my dog at home, using Starbucks WiFi.

It's a pain in the "you-know-what" to get it hooked up. You CAN NOT perform the set up wirelessly. YOU MUST use Ethernet and then change to wireless. Instructions are laughable Chinese to English computer translator. At least that gave me something to laugh about while I was frustrated. Once you get it set up with the wired connection and change to wireless, the picture presented is good.

NOT SO GOOD 🎥It's not as easy to install as the video tutorial explains. If you can't install it via Wifi then you'll have to do what I did, which was install it using LAN connection. Though my router is compatible, it would not make the wifi connection.Solution:- make sure your router is 2.4ghz- there are two apps for this device. ONE OF THEM WILL ONLY WORK!- it's camnoopy NOT xiaoding- reboot your router- uninstall app and start from scratch

I usually dont write reviews. I bought 2 of these, and they are AMAZING. I even mounted 1 outside. Im using them for security cameras. Can access from anywhere and quality is great. I know they arent meant to be outside but i mounted 1 under an over hang and it is currently raining and the camera is dry. Will post an update if it breaks. Setup was a BREEZE. Super simple. I have used other cameras and these are BY FAR the best. Thanks for a great product!

Great camera! Really like the motion detection feature which also sets off a very loud siren. The video quality is pretty clear and the app is easy to use. Only downfall is the length of the power cord

It was surprisingly good until my (not even 1yo) daughter pulled the cable, construction and materials are cheap as hell, the app is laggy, but for that price, I would say it even beats in functionality to many that cost x5 +.
