Received a discount for this review. Didn't feel any different. Didn't lose any weight. Didn't do anything. Waste of money.

Did not work as advertised. I didn't poop for almost a week!

I have never done this kind of total cleanse before. I saw the great ingredients that were in it, and the picture and description both showed that the pills were herbal capsules, so I was very excited to try it. When I received the bottle, I was shocked to see that the formula had changed, and the pills are now herbal tablets, not capsules! The tablets are on the large size and are as hard as a rock! WHY would they change an easy to swallow vegetarian capsule for a hard as a rock tablet??? Why is the picture online still showing capsules?If I had known that I would be getting hard tablets, I would have never ordered this product. I never take any supplement that is in tablet form. Tablets don't dissolve in the body as well as capsules do. Since I still was curious to try the product, I tried taking the tablets. It was extremely hard for me to swallow the large, dry, hard tablet. It took a few tries, and a lot of effort, before I finally managed to get it to go down my throat. It was not a pleasant experience. Again I ask, WHY would they change an easy to swallow capsule for a very hard, dry tablet???I would have given a one star review if it were not for the good ingredients in the product, and that the product is made in the USA and in a GMP compliant facility. I will try to take it once a day, instead of the twice a day that they recommend, perhaps with dinner, since you have to take it with a meal. I will try to finish the bottle up, but I would never purchase it again, unless they go back to the original herbal capsules! Otherwise, it is just a waste of time and money to take a very hard tablet that probably won't even dissolve properly, and won't be of much use. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

I have been trying several products to cleanse my body, and I am happy to say this product has had some effect. Since I have been using this, I have noticed that I am not as bloated during the day. I am watching what I eat and staying away from certain foods and it is paying off.I take this product 2 times a day, the pills I break in half to make swallowing easier. I also think it is important to drink at least 8 ounces of water after taking it. While using Total Cleanse It really helps keep me regular and softens so there is less straining when I go.I cannot honestly say it is helping me with weight loss, but for surely it is not hurting. I only use Total Cleanse for one week out of each month. It helps my belly to feel better as I mentioned.
