very flat, much more flexible than competitors
Stuck this on the back windshield of the car I tow behind my RV. Powered it with a 20' long 4-wire flat trailer wiring extension plugged into a Wye adapter at the back of the RV.This particular brand/model has the distinct advantage over others I found in two ways, 1st is that it is VERY FLAT, NOT SQUARE - it has a slight crown to the top of it - perfect. 2nd is that it's permissible to bend it slightly in the opposite direction of the roll of the LED tape. All the square-shaped tape lights specifically FORBID ANY lateral bending. This tape is constructed to allow slight sideways bending like that required to mount to a curved surface like a windshield. It's also so flat I would never expect things like car wash machines to be able to ever come close to pulling it off.

Failed after 7 months
I purchased this in June of '17, installed it in July. In February of '18 the right side tail light/turn signal stopped working. I emailed the vendor tosee if this had any kind of warranty, have not gotten a reply. I certainly expected it to last longer than 7 months.UPDATE; The seller got back to me and sent me a replacement for free. My hats off to them for making it right !!

Great auxilliary rear vehicle lighting
I bought this item to use on the rear edge of the scooter lift on the rear of my minivan for extra warning for drivers following us when we have the handicap scooter on the lift. It was very easy to mount and wire to vehicle lighting. You will need to purchase a 4 pin flat trailer plug to complete the job. This LED light strip is very bright at night, and also visible in full sunshine. This is a great product at a very reasonable price.

Great product easy to install if your truck is equipped with a 4 pin trailer plug if not you will have to cut and hardwire it in. There is no instructions so just so you know the white wire will have to wired into the reverse light, not sure what the yellow wire is for but if you apply power to it the white leds will power on like the reverse light but at a lower intensity.

Was realy easy to instal. Hard wired it into the trailer harness. The 3m tape is very sticky and seems to hold very strong!

Have it on the truck works fine , did not put it on the tailgate but below it works fine , may hard wire it later but for now I just plugged it in with the 4 wire plug and wrapped it with wire tubing and elec. tape. Have had many comments on how good it looks, will rec. it to any one
