Used the cedar plank for the first time last night (in the oven) - baked Lemon Caper Salmon and it turned out fabulous! I was totally amazed at how moist the salmon was and there was no "fishy" smell in the house - only the scent of cedar. I can't wait to try all of the planks.

Quite expensive for grilling planks. I've used 2 so far, both with pre-soak and pre-heat. Both planks warp so much they could not be used a second time. If I wanted throw aways, I'd go to Costco. Not recommended.

Wow, wow, wow. These grilling planks are AWESOME. First off, I love that there is a selection of planks to choose from - you can match the food to the type of plank that would best compliment it. The cut and finish of the planks seems very high quality to me, there are no rough edges or imperfections in the set that I got. They are very high quality in my opinion, and I feel that they would make a really great gift. They also come with a burlap bag and cardboard separators for easy storage. Food tastes AMAZING on them. You can find a ton of recipes online (try the planked salmon!). They also come with instructions on how to use them. I would recommend these to family and friends - you'll be the hit of your next barbecue!

These are awesome. Great idea to let you try different grilling/smoking woods and they really do seem to be high quality. I am not through all of the woods yet, but so far I have been getting about 4-5 grills on each. More than I expected for sure. After they're too charred to use as designed, I've been chipping them up and throwing the bits in the smoker to get the last bit of goodness out. They come with a nice burlap sack as well that looks great. Huge fan so far, will definitely replace when I finally make my way through the last two!

I love this set! They are well made, very sturdy, you can tell these will last unlike the flimsy ones I bought before I saw these! They even come with a neat burlap bag and separators!
