Highly Recommend!
I LOVE this!!I use it for when I make sweet potato chips and this works great for me, a little tough to push down but it’s a thick potato so makes sense. I’ve already recommended to many. Worth the purchase.

Hard to get even slices
Works ok but if you are plan to use it on sweet potatoes or the like, it’s really hard to get an even slice. Always going side ways for some reasons. Not sharp enough? Handle not positioned right? I have no idea.

I was super excited about this knife but unfortunately it is super hard to use. It doesn't cut evenly and the angle makes it very difficult to cut straight. More of a headache than it's worth.
