Just keep in mind that these are not regular cupcakes. They aren’t going to taste or feel like normal cupcakes. If you can accept that these are not typical cupcakes, then they are great. I’m on the AIP diet and was dying for some desserts. These did the trick. I made an AIP approved frosting for them and that really helped too since they were a little drier than I would have liked. The batter came out super fluffy and I had to spoon it into the pan, not pour.

We made this cake as directed. Only we had to cook it a lot longer. Almost double the time. The cake is super dense. Then we added frosting once it cooled. The cake has no flavor at all. It's almost tasteless. After a few hours the plate started filling with liquid. By the next day, the cake was sitting in a puddle & the cake kept getting wetter & wetter. It was fully cooked when we finished baking it and was dry then. The photos show the cake after 5 days. The lake kept growing & the cake kept getting soggier. We had to throw it out. Won't be buying this again. Disappointing.

I am on a migraine diet and this is the closest thing to chocolate cake I can get. I honestly love the flavor of carob. The consistency is a little thick and sticky but I think of it like a brownie. I'm soon to be on bag three. I wish it was a little less expensive, I'd buy more.

I made cupcakes with this. They caved in. I had to add about a cup of sugar to the recipe though so it could have been that. My son is highly allergic to chocolate but I made him these. He loved every bite of them. It tastes sooo much like chocolate that he got scared at first. They were Devine! I may buy this again in the future.

The media could not be loaded. I followed the recipe as instructed but it did not come out like it said. This ended up like pudding. What did I do wrong here. I felt like the recipe was asking for too much coconut milk and less carob flour. The mixture did not come out as it should be.

I like these. I make them for special occasions. I’ve never done cake, always cupcakes. I refer to them as brownies. They are dense, if you use the amount of oil they call for.

I'm open minded to flavors, especially for the AIP Diet. I know it won't be truly sweet or cupcake like, but these just didn't taste good at all.

I love this easy baking mix. My only complaint was, the instructions are unclear, do I use canned coconut milk or coconut milk from a carton? I used coconut milk from a carton and it came out a bit gooey. I could not find the answer here or on the mfg website
