Glass Muller Paint Grinding tool. Handmade by me. They are made from laboratory grade borosilicate glass otherwise known as pyrex. Borosilicate glass is harder, tougher and less brittle than mullers made with other types of glass. Borosilicate mullers are less likely to break from a fall. The bottom of the mullers are hand ground flat with a diamond lap grinder. Because I am selling direct to you the prices are well below what you would expect to pay in a retail art supply store. These Mullers are hand made and as such have small variations in size and shape. What to expect. Thes mullers are heavy weight 10 to 13 oz. They have a 2 1/2 inch (64mm) base. The height is 4 1/4 inches with a comfortable handle.
