Made a beat up old player series glove feel new again

This worked perfectly and was super easy to thread. I already had a tool...so I didn't think I needed the one that was included. Boy was I wrong! The tool that was included with this set was much easier to use than the needle-eye tool I already had. The leather is legit and strong, it was more than enough to re-lace the pocket. I bought two just to make sure I had enough for future use, too. The orange color is orange - and I wanted it to contrast my brown glove, which is does nicely.

Good kit. Bought it because I desired the needle, as opposed to the tool included with the Rawlings kit I had bought in a local store. (although, there are points in the re-lacing process where that tool does come in handy). Nice, thick laces. A little softer than I had anticipated, but was able to thread them through the glove with no problems. We'll see how they hold up.

I wish they provided enough laces to do a whole glove. As for the product the lace is decent, only time will tell the durability. Laces coming out of a glove used for two seasons and brand new ones, you’d think the new ones would be stiffer (not the case). As for price it’s about fair compared to other companies you’d pay around $5 a lace with no tool. As for the Needle I didn’t like how thick it was. There’s a brass one that’s user friendly and not so thick I prefer to use.In all this is a decent kit, but if you could get more laces in one package, opt-out of getting a needle at a lower cost. I would continue to use this company for laces. I replaced a youth mitt and needed 3 laces for those needing an idea. If you did an adult or catchers mitt, you’re going to need 4-6 laces.
