Q: Where do the batteries go?

There's a screw on the opposite ear of the power button. Unscrew that and the batteries insert there.

Q: I purchased these for my 2015 suburban and i cannot get them to work. the dvd system came with the car and is not after market, and still nothing.

I used mine for a 2015 escalade. I put the batteries in and turned them on in the front seat. They didn't work. Then I sat in the back seat and reinserted them and powered them on and they've worked fine since. Don't know what the difference was but Hope that helps.

Q: So these work on the 2017 Buick Enclave?

These should work on and GMC vehicle with Infrared technology.
