This Rosemary smells almost exactly like lavender. I have purchased several different essential oils from several different producers in my life time; and I have noticed that, very often, when it's lesser quality, Rosemary will smell like lavender.Am I surprised? No. Can I still use it for my homemade gifts? Yes. Did it arrive on time and in good condition? Yes. Will I buy from this seller again? Maybe.Did I receive an email from the seller, asking me to review, but only after I've told THEM my complaints 1st? Yes and I'm sick of these emails. Sharing my dissatisfaction with the seller before sharing it with fellow Amazon customers, does nothing to improve the quality of the essential oils that you sell. You're not going to change your raw materials, manufacturing process or distribution tactics from my one complaint, so it's just an extra step you're asking me to take in order to be dissatisfied with the results regardless.

I love it! I use it for everything! I bought it to help with memory when I start college but I've found many other uses for this big bottle. I've used it to help with really bad dandruff and it got rid of it and is helping my hair grow (natural 4a/4b). This oil is also really good at elimating odors on the spot - it does a better job than febreze. I was concerned about the smell because I thought it didn't really smell like rosemary - but it still smells good!------UPDATE-------So one of my primary uses for rosemary oil was to help with memory and I can gladly say it WORKS!!! There is research that rosemary helps improve memory and grades and I didn't really give it much thought when I went back to school --- I just kept using it in my hair oil. Surprisingly I got a 4.0 GPA for the semester and it really boosted my overall GPA!!! I took organic chemistry with lab and statistics which are considered the hardest classes at my school because of the coure work and teachers. I also had a job and i felt like i wasnt studying enough for all of my classes and thought i was going to end the semester with at least a 3.5 from how hard my classes were, but i blew my own mind and got a 4.0!! Of course you must take into consideration that this wasn't the only thing I was doing (I started working out more and also became good at using a planner but my time management was not perfect because I was still going to sleep really late) but I do believe this could greatly boost your concentration and lower your stress!! (I was not taking any medication to boost memory at all. I just mixed rosemary and tea tree oil in olive oil and massaged it into my scalp every night). There is so much research out there that says it really helps with memory so If are a student or just want to improve your memory, do your research and invest in rosemary oil!! Good luck!!

There are so many uses for this oil. She has started to use it in her shampoo and conditioner for her hair. She says her hair has already started to get softer and it smells great. She uses this oil for a lot of things. It seems like it is a very strong oil and pure. It has a great smell and makes the whole house smell great when it is diffused.

This brand is one of my top 4 brands that I purchase my oils from. This was my first time ordering Rosemary from First Botany. It was just okay, the camphor and menthol in my other top brand was stronger, and that is how I prefer my Rosemary oil. I blend my oils, use them in my diffuser, topically, in room sprays, and many other ways. This blend of Rosemary was not as strong as I prefer, and it has a different aroma than my other brand of Rosemary oil. It is still good, I just prefer my other favorite brand's Rosemary blend over this one. I will continue to purchase my usual other oils from this brand. I love the quality.

I purchased this oil to mix with black caster oil for my hair. I've never purchased this type of oil before so I have nothing to compare it to. However, I do love this oil. It smells SO good. As I said I mix it with caster oil, (thanks for the dropper Botany) and put it in my hair to encourage growth. 2 teaspoons caster oil and coconut oil (warmed to liquefy) with 2 drops of rosemary oil. It's only been a couple of weeks so I don't know if this will work. My hair does look better. It actually does look thicker, I assume just because some residue is left which increases the diameter of my hair, and it looks smooth. If you are looking for rosemary oil, I would recommend Botany.

I've been using essential oils for nearly 20 years and I've never had this reaction to an oil before. I opened this bottle and the smell was instantly an overpowering chemical laced one. The oil got across my fingers and I didn't get it off in time (although it was only a minute or so), and I got one of the worst headaches of my life. I'm not even willing to do any testing on the oil to give it a further review to try and find out what's in it because I'm not willing to expose myself to it again.

Stinky! Doesn't smell much like rosemary. There is a hint of it if you smell the bottle from about six inches away so that you dont pass out or gag. Very medicinal, kind of like tea tree oil is. Definitely not like when you crush a needle of it befween your fngers, way,way stronger, so use it sparungly. Very disapponting. I wont get it again

Bought this for my migraines and for circulation benefits in my legs. However top accidently popped off and I found out that it deters bugs and other creepy crawlers, so that being said I'm using this as a bug "spray"
