Is it worth it to upgrade to the pro?** A: Both flexibility straps work the same way. ThePRO version is made from more expensive materials and includes a stretching guide booklet with flexibility exercises and a door sign. If you occasionally use your flexibility strap, then it's probably not worth the upgrade. If you use it a lot, then it probably is.
