Wasn't expecting but got the right thing in first go
It's exactly what it looks like in the pictures , fits pretty much as perfectly as it could have without being made specifically for the ballhead I am using ( it's by fotopro ) might be a bit more expensive than others but I am happy with the value that it provides. It seems sturdy and easily connects with a tripod thats 1/4th inch nut.Absolutely go for it

Poor product . Brocken in side the groove in first usage
It's too poor a product . It damaged my monopod head as well as fluid mount head & ferikted heavy financial loss. Please refund the money n remove such products .

works like a charm
What I like about this is that it leaves no extra headroom after you fasten. Completely invisible after I attached a Manfrotto tripod with a shock mount.

Poorly designed low quality adapter
Compared to the adapter ( 1/4" to 3/8") that I had previously bought, this adapter is poorly designed and is of low quality. Though it comes with HIFFIN label, there's no guarantee that these are real HIFFIN adapters. Due to the bad design, the paint on my QR plate got scraped by the adapter. Very disappointed.
