It works. Doesn't securely fit like the original adapter. I have to squeeze and press it in with a little force and then move the phone gently so that it doesn't come out of the jack. But when it's in, it works just fine. Like how it comes with two in the lack tho because I tend to misplace things often, that's why I needed another one in the first place

I use these to listen to music in my vehicle, so they get attached and unattached twice a day. At this rate you can expect the cables to last 4-5 months. So a 2 pack almost lasts a year with heavy use. Really not bad for the low price point and considering you're twisting and untwisting for the life of the cable.

These are cheap and break easily. If you are okay with the converted giving out after 2-3 months of use (and for their price that isn't too bad), buy this. Even the converters that come with the phone break around the same time, anyways.

They both lasted me a few months but I had to reorder a second set due to both of them not working after a few months

Finally! These cable are hard to find. I got the lifeproof I bought recently for my galaxy s8 . Lost the plug and I need a spare cable to use for gym. Such a hassle to have just one cable. Now let's see how long this would actually work. Saw some reviews it doesn't last. Will keep yall update did I remember 😁

I ordered a pair of these to use while running. I have the original that the case came with, but wanted to keep one at home, one in my locker in the gym at work, and one in my gym bag, making it almost impossible to be without one when I needed it. Unfortunately I've had serious problems with these. On a couple of runs they've worked beautifully, and on others, it sounds like I'm listening to music that's being played underwater in a bathroom, 2 houses over. I can't figure out what it is, except that the phone is not able to detect that something is plugged in consistently. Sometimes the music will stop playing, only to start again (still with poor quality) and a different mp3 playing. I've tried different headphones and had the same problem. I tried the headphones on other devices, and had no problems, and there were no problems with the original Lifeproof adapter, so it's not the phone, nor is it the headphones. Buy these as a backup if you can't find anything else, but don't expect much.

I lost mine from my OG case awhile ago. I was using a real janky adapter. This one is SOLID. Fits like a glove, works great. No issues about a month after getting it.

worked fine for older iphones, especially convenient to have the little plug holder; unfortunately, i now have a 6splus, & apple, in their continuing efforts to impress us w/ their ability to make things complicated, made the entry to the jack hole bigger. also, the nuud case i have now has a tethered jack cap, which is very convenient.
