Runs small!
As I'm not much of a sweater, I like to maximize my output as much as possible. I found the idea of using a waist trainer in conjunction with my sweat suit to be appealing. The added benefit of a smaller waist didn't sound too bad either. Wearing this latex waist cincher doesn't need to be limited to just workouts though. It's so discreet that you can wear it under casual clothes too, just mind your colors!Unfortunately, this particular cincher runs a bit small, so I suggest that you order one size up. I took advantage of the three rows of hook-and-eye closures to help get "tucked" in. Although it was a tight fit, it wasn't too unbearable. My suggestion to those who find theirs to run a bit smaller, but you want to put it on anyway- try to get it set as high up your back as possible or run the risk of back fat. I think if it were properly sized, then the Flexi-boning found in the cincher would've smoothed out the bulges or bunching in the back.Online, the waist cincher is noted as slimming your waistline "by 1 to 3 inches while you're wearing it," but I was down 5 inches!! I loved the hourglass look in the front, but it was stiff and bunched up in the back. There wasn't much wiggle room, so I couldn't slide it up. I was wearing a loose shirt at the time, so visually, it wasn't noticeable.I loved the flexible cotton/spandex lining, but didn't care for the smell it first head. I just aired it out prior to putting it on. Intense
This waist trainer is intense. I literally started sweating when I was trying to put it on....and I DO NOT sweat easily. I ordered a size large, which I kind of expected to be too small based on the provided measurements. I normally wear a size L-XL shirt and size 13-14 bottoms.- When I received the corset and pulled it out of the bag, I immediately smelled a VERY strong latex smell. Although the trainer did stink, it didn't really bother me, as it is made out of latex...so it's kind of ridiculous to let that be bothersome. After it aired out for a while, the smell wasn't as intense.-Trying to get it on however, I was able to clip the top 3 or 4 clips to half close it. I could immediately see the new shape it was giving my body...but once I got half way...it would not button anymore.I do however know that it is a great quality trainer, because by only buttoning the top part...it was already smoothing out any back fat and literally giving the appearance of an hourglass figure. I am actually motivated to MAKE myself fit into this trainer by correcting my diet and losing enough weight to get it to clip all the way down.* I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased feedback, however all opinions are my own :)

At first I really liked it, I struggled a little to put it on, but that's what happens with this waist trainers. Once it was on It was fine, it wasn't so uncomfortable. Then after 30 min it started raising from my waist up on the back. It was just rolling up and I kept fixing it but it was frustrating having to keep fixing it over and over. So I just took it off.The material feels good and made of good quality. It smelled a little when I first got it, but I washed it and it was fine. The fit runs small so I ordered a large and it was fine. I normal wear a medium.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review. It does its job
What can I say? It's a waist trainer. It's a bit of a pain to put on, but once it's on, it fits. It shrinks in fairly well and it's not the most uncomfortable when you're lying down, which is really the only time you should be wearing on of these. I like that it's thick, unlike another waist trainer I have ordered, but the thickness means it doesn't stretch as well. When it's on, it's fairly tight, and I doubt I'll be able to clasp it to the tightest clasps. For the price I received it for, this product is more than reasonable; however, for the full price I am not sure this one would be worth the price.
