Hair growth Vitamin Supplement for men & women

So far so good. It's too early to tell if it's having a positive result on hair growth. I have to admit, although I'm following the directions per the product I purchased 3 tablets per day with food, it does have a complimentary product that I did not purchase that goes hand in hand with this product.The product is a vitamin / mineral supplement. My belief is that we typically don't get everything we need from the food we eat. So the best way to offset that which is missing is with a supplement. My hair is thinning, so I thought I would try a product like this rather than one of the drugs that has numerous warnings on the label. This seems a much safer route to me. I'm not expecting overnight dramatic results. It took years for my hair to thin.The product is a small tablet very easy to take, and it doesn't have a strong taste. Taste is similar to other multivitamins I've taken in the past. The tablets all appear to be similar so the makeup seems consistant. Overall a solid product. Now only time will tell. My wife is leaving for a month. After she gets back I'll ask her if she notices a difference and report back. I just got this product yesterday, so I can't say whether or not it successfully grows new hair. It's only a 20 day supply and the tablets smell pretty bad. If you have a strong gag reflex or issues with odor, you may want to look for another product.***i received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.***
