The Gel gets caught up on the way down and with no enteric coating (time released to allow dissipation beyond the stomach) they cause severe stomach and esophagus discomfort.

A perfect example of how different 200 mg. of caffeine feels depending on what brand it is and what batch it is from. This one is very weak, need to take 3 or 4 pills to feel any effect. My previously purchased Nutricost Caffeine is so much better!

These caffeine pills work great. I use them as part of my pre-workout drink. I get the needed boost in the morning, about a half hour before hitting the gym. Excellent alternative to drinking a cup of coffee and much more practical when you're already drinking a lot of liquids. I would recommend this product. It does what it's supposed to do. Good price and great seller!!

These pills do exactly what they're suppose to do, wakes me up within 30minutes and keeps me alert. Instead of my regular cup of coffee I take a pill with water and I'm set. Or I'll use them to give me a boost before the gym. You can't beat the prize for the quantity , 240 pills vs other brands that offer less.

These pills are a wonderful alternative to the sugar filled and nasty tasting preworkout drinks. One pill 30 minutes before my run and I am feeling good. I wake up early to run before work and need a little kick in the butt to get going. These do that without a belly full of liquid preworkout sloshing around in there.

I have been using caffeine pills for a while as, unfortunately, coffee doesn't always agree with my stomach. These pills seem weaker than any other 200mg pill I have used. It's almost ineffective. I will not purchase again.
