Can I charge it with a cable or does it have to use batteries?** A: When the battery (AAA) dies, you put in a new battery. There is no charging cable involved. **Q: Does the clear button erase everything or is it similar to the backspace button?** A: It is similar to the backspace button and will only erase one character at a time.
