It's a calcium horse pill. ;D
I've used these before. They're fine. They're calcium pills and like all such pills they're large, tasteless, and I have to chew them to be able to swallow them.Last doctor visit I was told to no longer take calcium due to health reasons. So I'd ask your doctor for recommendations before going on a calcium supplement. But as far as the product itself, it does what calcium is supposed to do. No problems.
