This is pure natural n good for health.
I ate it and taste very bitter bcoz it's a natural medicine. Soak seed overnight. Just chew n drink with water. Eat 8 seeds or less a day. Comparing to other product this is good bcoz it doesn't go under any seed treatment like oxydization n dehydration which lost its natural quality n reduce vitamins. Don't buy if it comes with these treatments. But this product is pure. I'm a blood cancer survivor too. Contains Vitamin B17 n natural cyanide helps to kill cancer. Remember any natural medicine doesn't have side effects. I thank Almighty God I found here in Amazon. Thank you very much.
