I just received my "macaron mat" yesterday and prepped to go where I've never gone before👀.Tips:1. I turned my cookie sheet over since the mat was slightly larger and didn't fit inside. This worked perfectly since it has a rubber grip.2. I read the reviews about stickiness so I did a very light spray with my bakers joy and my macarons lifted without flaws!! I mean absolutely perfect, no compromise to texture or taste!!3. Be sure to fill the smaller inner circle only as the mix will naturally spread to the outside. Build your drop up vs. try to fill the entire mold if there are small spaces left. Move quick as the batter sets pretty fastI've been researching fool proof recipes and had a bit of anxiety attempting to create these mini masterpieces and I must say, this mat was an absolute key to gettingperfectly formed cookies on the first try!! I've been called an expert😁Recommend googling Beth's foolproof macaron recipe for beginners like me. FIRST TRY and they came out perfect!!

These are wonderful mats, they make perfect guides and are a snap to clean, they fit into a 1/2 sheet pan, being a pastry chef I now have 4 total so I can make 2 full sheet pans at a time. They are well made and again, easy to clean!

not sure about this. macaroons are not an easy cookie to make. its great it gets them all approx. same size and shape, but i've had a lot of sticking problems but not sure if my mistake. have better luck with cookie sheet and parchment paper.

Don’t like it all all might be good in sink to keep glassware safe but cookies stick every time

The bad thing is that the macaroons do stick, 😒They were hard to take off, idk why they lie and say that they dont stick 😔

The circle are very small for normal size macarons, so it was kind of hard to put the correct amount of batter without making a mess, also it's a little tricky to wash
