Excellent texture in just the right size. I was given this as a replacement for what I actually ordered and I'm actually happier with this

I always ended up wasting half a large loaf or one huge baguette when making Panzanella salad. I love that these come in a smaller two loafs. So easy to freeze one for later.

The bread definitely needs the 15 mins in the oven to finish, and it's a wonderful balance in chewy and crisp.

Perfect when toasted. It was actually crispy and very tasty.

The sticker said it was good until the 23rd, but it was moldy before that. It doesn't say to refrigerate before baking, but it should. Very disappointing.

If you buy this product I you should or use it the same day or freeze it. After 2 days it has fungus all over it and the package has not been open. Gross
