It's okay
This does what it is supposed to do. That said, my biggest problem is with storage. There is only room to store two of the blades in the unit. It seems ridiculous that there is nowhere to store the other very sharp blades. I found that the other three fit nicely in one of those flat white plastic takeout containers. I am not sure if it is dishwasher safe, which could be an issue because my husband puts everything in the dishwasher.
