All in ONE Portion Control Containers (7 Piece) Kit with 5 Measuring Spoons and

I bought these containers because I was very interested in following the 21 day fix meal plan. The containers are sturdy and dishwasher safe. The kids snap on right. This also can with measuring spoons and the meal plan instructions. The containers are color coded and pre measures so no weighting or guess work. The concept is very simple. Depending on your goal you fill the containers and eat how many the plan says. It's all fairly easy. One would be amazed by the difference between how much we eat and how much we should eat. Now I just really need to make an effort to follow plan more thoroughly.Pros: Easy to useSturdy and diswasher safeMeal planning made easyCons: Well nothing with the product I just need to follow the plan.

This was okay to help a person see the size of a portion, but it got very tedious measuring when you could get a pretty good idea of portion size after just a few times using the containers.

This set of "21 Day Fix" containers are half the cost of the first set I purchased, but of the same high quality. I also liked the extras: a set of measuring spoons and a much better menu planning guide with recipes that cite the type and number of containers in a portion of the recipe. It's such a great value for the money that I have placed a second order to give as a gift. Very satisfied with this purchase!

Containers are easy to use and well made. Was very happy with the price and the fact that they came with measuring spoons too!

Ok. Flimsy.

This containers are NOT leakproof as advertised. The reason I choose this brand is because they are advertised them as leakproof. Very disappointing. The chart is small and flimsy. I do not recommend this product.

Container are great, but quality than expected. I use for portion control during food prep. I paid full price!! Would definitely buy again as a gift.

I was not thrilled, but as with any diet item it depends on individual. Good price compared to infomercial.
