Use a dot in the center and spread it with an ice cream stick or butter knife. Works great!

Klebt sehr stark und die Leitfähigkeit ist enorm!Meiner Meinung nach ein gelungenes Produkt, soweit ich weis auch das einziger seiner Art auf dem Markt. Ich hoffe, dass es hier bald wieder verfügbar ist.Benutze es für die tens Therapie mit Mehrweg Elektroden die sonst mit Bändern befestigt werden. Das Klebegel ist besonders praktisch bei Langzeitanwendungen, da ich auf Dauer kein Freund von den Halte Bändern bin.Die Klebereste auf der Haut lassen sich mit warmen Wasser einfach entfernen.

They product works great and yes it’s very sticky but that’s what you want, and yes it’s difficult to remove the adhesive from your skin however I put coconut oil and rubbed and it came right off with a cloth after, just plain soap won’t work I’m sure rubbing alcohol would also remove it! It does what it says it’s supposed to do!
