Is this compatible with clover

I use it with a star Micronics kitchen printer that is connected to my clover station.

What color are these?

It prints in black and red. For instance, if someone orders a smoothie from my shop it will print the item in black. Any requests they make or change will print in red

how many ribbons per roll?

Well this is a 12 pack of cartridges that you replace when the cartridge ribbon gets low on ink. If I understand what your asking, there is only 1 ribbon in each cartridge.
