Earbuds would not stay in my ear. Sound was great when they were in. My ears are small and it's been hard to find something that works. This company is the best! They offered me a refund or to try something else I might like. This is the best customer service I've experienced on line. They really wanted me to be satisfied and went out of their way to help me. I would definitely try other of their products.

This is an addendum to my first review on this product. A representative of the company reached out to me about my poor review. Score 1 for them! This tells me that the company cares about their product and their customers. He sent me a second pair of headphones, siting the possibility that the pair that I got might have been compromised which I think may have been the case. In exchange he asked me to write another review.So here it is. I am pairing with a new iphone 6s.Pros:Fit comfortably in the ears, the sound on this pair is much better, in fact VERY GOOD. I spoke at length with a friend on the phone and she never once complained that she couldn't hear me. Music is very clear. Very lightweight (I forget sometimes that I have the cord around my neck). Charge quickly.Cons: The company says you should be able to go about 30 feet barring any obstacles without the headphones cutting out, but this is not the case. The furthest I got outside going a straight line from my phone with no obstruction was 12 feet. (I measured) At times, I can be 2-3 feet away from my phone in the same room and if I turn my head the wrong way they cut out intermittently. Also, it's a little awkward to get to the button to answer calls or shut it off.Overall, judging on this new pair, I would say they are VERY GOOD but not excellent just because of the cutting out thing. If they were about $10 cheaper I would think they were a very good buy. Huge props to the company though for standing by their product and reaching out to unhappy customers. Even if I weren't 100% happy with a product, I wouldn't hesitate to deal with this company again on future purchases.

Order Arrived with no damage to items.. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box to the find 2 pairs of head phones and a small card stating that the company occasionally ships a free extra pair to with no additional charge. The WAAV Runner headphones are great, I used them that day at the gym and found my workout to be completely uninterrupted by the tangled mess of using wired headphones, more so I found that the on board controls to be easy to use and very useful when you want to skip forward and back on your play list. Battery life is very good I was able to use them for about 4 hours before they finally died.

This seller is just awesome! The product is outstanding and service has been even more outstanding and the price is just right. These headphones are for my grand daughters and they are always losing their earbuds, wireless or plug in. These will stay nicely around their cute little necks while they are doing whatever grandkids do these days! I love that the description states that they are compatible with the phones my grand daughters use instead of leaving me to guess whether I have bought the right product.

I bought these for a last minute trip, And they are really awesome! Super easy to use and connected to my phone quick. The packaging has a quick set up insert and several extra ear pieces. Easy to pack! Love them! I'm now using them for my everyday running headphones!

The headphones are perfect. They come with lots of replacement ear buds (which is great because I loose those all the time) It also came with clear or black ones. I thought that was a nice touch. They fit so nicely in my ears. I never had to worry about them falling out. When I was on a phone call with them the other person could hear me very clearly and while listening to music they are good and loud. It blocks out any outside noise.The price of these is an even better bonus. You will be happy you decided to buy these.

While the sound quality is ok, the durability of the headphones is not great. I purchased these for my husband and after 3 months of light use, the headphones stopped pairing and charging. The price is great - $30 or under, but I would rather pay more money for a product that lasts. I was looking for an inexpensive pair of headphones (under $50), and after research this is what I decided to buy. Back to the drawing board to find another pair that is inexpensive and works for more than 3 months (hopefully, a year or more).

These are great and the company sent me a second pair just as a thank you for purchasing! I've never owned a pair of really expensive headphones so sound quality for me was really good. Connected really easily to Bluetooth and the battery was fair, it gave me about four, 75 minute workouts before needing a charge. The only thing I would change is the cord connecting the headphones was grippy so it would grip onto my neck at times and when the headset indicated "battery low" in a voice over the headset, you had about sixty seconds before the device would run out of battery, so I wish the indicator would have been about 30 min earlier. Good buy
