I have been purchasing this excellent product on Amazon for over two years, since it's not easily available anywhere else. At that time, it only came packaged in well-made non-aerosol spray bottles. I highly recommend it, since the quality is excellent: it makes clothes crisp without stiffness or shine, does not clog my iron and shows no build-up after re-laundering. The starch has a ldelicate, fresh scent that is not at all cloying or chemical-smelling -- and I usually buy only unscented products (and thoroughly dislike Febreze and similar cover-up scents). Also, some time ago, when I noticed how many spray bottles of starch we were tossing into the recycling bin, I wrote to the manufacturer. I asked if they would consider introducing a large refill quantity of the starch in responsible recyclable packaging. The rep who responded right away with a polite message said that the company had received several requests for this, and were in the process of deciding about it. Then, Presto! -- several months later, there it was.. I thought laundry starch was a commodity, but this product has taught me differently, and is well worth its premium price..

As a wardrobe manager of a large touring Broadway show, I am a big fan of this starch.However, the inability of Amazon to actually ship this product safely is horrendous. Every other order is "damaged/undeliverable", and customer service with this company is non-existent. Will not make the mistake of ordering this product again.

I bought the gallon after going through a three pack of the smaller bottles. I like this much, much better than Best Press or Niagra. I have never gotten flakes, even on dark fabric, and the unscented means I can add a drop of my own scent to the small bottle if I want to. The best part is that I have never had this clog a spray bottle, unlike starches available.

I used this for pressing yards of fabric for quilting. It is NOT unscented. I don't like the way it smells. I will not purchase it again

This is the best starch I've ever used. I do a lot of ironing as I wear a lot of cotton. I'm always on the lookout for a good starch. I figure saw this in an upscale hotel I was staying at and figured I'd order some.It goes on well, doesn't create white residue and gives a great finish to clothes.The only problem is it seems to set off my mild asthma. I use a fan when I use it and tried the fragrance free, but that doesn't seem to help. I'll put up with the cough it gives me. It's worth it.

I bought a spray bottle to use this with. The spray bottle doesn't clog which is good. The little bottles that they sell hardly spray anything. With a gallon of the stuff and a decent spray bottle I can really go at it. Make sure you shake the gallon bottle for a long time before pouring it, as the white powder stuff gets caked on the bottom.

I have been buying smaller bottles of this starch for about a year now. I really love this starch both on is performance as a starch and the light fragrance it adds to my clothes.
