Got this with hopes of helping but if i forgot to take them I got a headache. Now i have ringing in my ears. Hope its not from these pills. I've stopped taking them in hopes it helps.

Be taking it for 3days so far so good cravings reduced greatly as well as appetite, but I'm sure the next weeks will show great results, no gutters and no upset stomach

I tried it for the whole 30 days with really no results to show. I did however like how it showed no side effects though.
