I purchased this product to assist me to stay in ketosis and overall it helps if you cheat on your diet a little to stay in keto and not have to start all over again and go through a 3-4 day sugar detox. However, despite staying on strict keto I have not noticed a difference with or without the product. I am still losing consistently but this product did not speed things along as I had hoped..

When I opened the first bottle, the secure lid was very thin and not like the previous bottles. Also the smell of the pills was like a vitamin C or citrus smell. Next bottle was the same thing. Makes me wonder if I really got what I had ordered.

This is actually a great product. It helps control appetite so the weight comes off. Actually does curb cravings. Kind of unbelievable but yes it works! From a size 18w to A comfortable size 12 juniors. In about 9 months. So happy, knees and hips no longer painful. Great product.

Product is good but you don't always get the amount you order. I ordered a 6 bottle count and only gotten 3 of them

The side effects are bothersome. Too embarrassing to go into detail. Not sure if I will keep taking them. I am hoping it is just a start up adjustment.
