Intex Round Metal Frame Pool (305X76) Model (56999)

I’m a fair person so I did give the seller chance to put this right but their customer service was appalling. Received a different colour product to the one I ordered but they just said it was the right colour, despite their product description stating a different colour to the box. They said I could return it for £15 out of my pocket so have kept it but not happy. Product itself is ok. Difficult to put together and will need at least two people. Seems hardwearing enough though the poles seem to move a lot more than our friends’ version. Bottom line- if you’re going to buy it, buy it from a different seller- it would have been cheaper with better customer service.

Received this item today. Put it together4 hrs later half filled with gallons of water it starts to leakHas 2 splits inNot only do I now need to try empty it, get it back into its orginal box I have to get it to the postoffice and pay to send it back

The kiddies love the pool it is quite easy to put together and actually didn't take that long to fillThe pump isn't great with it considering the price you pay 5 people in the street paid £59 for the same pool and pump so u would think you would have a decent pump with a pool that ends up being over 3 times more then other I was shocked.I don't have any pins to put through the holes right now but unfair to leave my kiddies waiting any longer but will request some

My husband kept up the chemicals and cleaning and consequently we were able to use it whenever we wanted to we are both 75 so in the summer our arthritis benefited A great buy
