Information for pelvic floor exercise
Brilliant book, good explanations, also brilliant diagrams to help make sure exercise is done correctly.

This was pretty good - Not great
This is a well-written book with general information on all pelvic floor issues. I was hoping for and expecting something more thorough. I also found it quite repetitive. It is good to have on hand for different seasons in life. If you know a fair bit about the pelvic floor already like I did, I would not recommend it.

Extremely helpful and informative
A very helpful book giving understandable information and viable, easy-to-implement tips. Written in a friendly, down-to-earth style and covering all imaginable problems - both for men and women - which are generally difficult and embarrassing to discuss. Well worth reading (quick and easy to read!) and obviously written by a very motivated professional who really cares!

I wish I had read this years ago!
This is a book I will be giving to my daughter when she is older. When I was pregnant I was given one leaflet by my midwife about pelvic floor exercises. It was almost an afterthought. Up until I had given birth I had the impression that pelvic floor issues are something one gets for a month or so after the birth. I thought you do some Kegel exercises for a short period of time, then stop and all is well forever afterwards. Now, eight and a half months after the birth, I am catching up on the knowledge that is really a MUST for ALL women. It is incredible that I had to put in a lot of effort, time and money into finding out about these issues when I would have expected this information (and treatment) to be available routinely.I wish I had read this book years ago!
