Seems to be helping me get a good night's sleep, which has been a problem for quite awhile.

This product has worked better than dozens I have tried. I am falling asleep and sleeping through the night every night. I am recommending it to my friends.

It doesn't help me sleep but to be fair it takes a village to get me to sleep.

I have a lot of anxiety issues and a brain that will not turn off when I am ready to sleep. Since I can't get anything to fix those two issues sometimes sleeping pills are the only way to get some decent rest. This sleeping aid does just what it says it will, it makes you sleepy. I like to take them before about 30 minutes before I plan to lay down and so far that has worked well.I love that while the supplement helps you sleep it does NOT make you dead to the world. The first time I took them all heck broke loose in my house and I had to stay up for another 4 hours dealing with it all. I felt the effects of the pills for about 20 minutes and after that I was fine. It was long enough that I could have easily fallen asleep but it doesn't linger so you can still be a functional human if needed lol. This is also a huge plus for me because my average nights sleep is 4-5 hours, I was worried I would wake up groggy but that has never been an issue.I love that they are natural! My mother takes Ambien and does some crazy things long after she should have been asleep.Another awesome thing is something I didn't even know I wanted until I got it, each dose is individually wrapped! I love the convenience of grabbing a pack and taking it to bed with me instead of having to back to the kitchen to get them or lose a loose pill rolling around on my nightstand. You are probably mumbling something about keeping the bottle in the bedroom... I have 3 young kids so hush lol. Anyways, I can grab the pack and head into the bedroom to watch tv or read without having to get up just to get my pills and I appreciate the convenience.
