LED Flares - Reusable Roadside Flares with Hard Case and Batteries

I have not used these yet but they seem to be of decent quality and they are relatively bright. So I think they will come in handy on that Dark night that something happens to your car, and you don't want to be rear-ended by a Mack truck. Would buy again and they arrived relatively quickly. Not too heavy but heavy enough to stand without being blown over except in extreme wind conditions of course.

The concept of these roadside flares are awesome, utilizing LED technology. I like how this pair of flares come in a nice, sturdy, plastic case. There are two detachable bases. You have several options of how the lights will flash. You can have red flashing lights, red solid lights, or a single white solid light (to be used as a flashlight). The base of the flare itself has a magnet, to be adhered to the side of your car/trunk/hood, or to be placed into the detachable base.The reason why I am giving this product 3 out of 5 stars, the unit is not weatherproof at all. The pushbutton switch is not sealed, and the battery compartment is not sealed as well. I live in a rainy area and having the light sealed is very important to me.

These LED flares are a nice improvement over real flares. I never liked having combustibles in my car and their "one use" characteristic was a deterrent to using them. These are reusable, bright, can be set to flash or not, and can double as a flashlight if needed. Overall they are a more visible and usable solution to gaining attention to car parked on the side of the road.

I aùm French and I imported a US car (my DeeDee = Dodge Durango HEMI V8) from the USA. In France, all cars come with a triangle. But not in the USA. Then I saw and I bought this product. I tried and it is excellent in morning/evening and night. During day, the lamp is not so bright but still ok. I love the fact that we can fix it on any part of the car. It also comes with batteries. I am professional driver (passengers) and I often go in the French Alps evenings, early mornings and nights. This is perfect for my job, even in a snow storm we can see it from far away. Excellent. I would recommand.

Wow. Bought this for my teenage son to keep in his car in case of emergencies. Totally exceeded our expectations. The light is bright whether using it as a flashlight or a flare. The magnetic part works really good and is another great feature. Much safer and more convenient than conventional roadside flares. We are so impressed with these that we are considering buying some more for ourselves and giving as gifts to other loved ones. Very highly recommend.

After wasting my money on three little ones that don't work very bright these are acceptable not bad for the money...!

My mother is a crossing guard for our local school district. She sits these outside to help cars see her and slow down. They work great and she loves them.
