Great quality flour and flavor! Finally an organic brand that uses paper packaging rather than plastic to contain the product!! Items were received well packed and undamaged! Their teff flour is also very good!Wish this company offered more specialty flours!

I am gluten free and can't eat many things. But I can tolerate this buckwheat and the best thing is that it is also light and doesn't have the heavy taste of other buckwheat.

Taste good.

My favorite Buckwheat flour. Makes the best light and fluffy buckwheat pancakes and bread. Comes in an old style paper bag with a cotton stitch at the top, good old style quality in this product. I would totally recommend this flour to anyone.

Disappointed in that although the marketing says "naturally gluten free" we could not use it because there was no certification stated on the product. Is it or is it not "gluten free"?..

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Received product with a “Best Buy” date of 5/1/2021 (see photo) - 5 MONTHS PAST the date. I attempted to return it, but you guessed it - “This product is not eligible for return”. So, I guess I am out $18.99 for product that is stale at best and unusable at worst. I will never buy a Haldeman Mills product ever again.

We like making pancakes with light buckwheat flour, and the pancakes were amazing. It makes a big difference when you make pancakes to use the light buckwheat flour instead of regular buckwheat flour. .. these wheat-free pancakes are amazing (buckwheat is a flower, not a vGrain)
