Rich, great taste!
I love truffles and this is as close as I get to get the taste without spending a lot of money. Much better than plain olive oil. Was glad to find it on Amazon.

not for me
I have used this a few times now, I did not wish to review after only one or two uses. I did not drown anything in the oil.Definitely too much a chemical taste for me, no "musky-ness" YMMV

True lemon flavor
This adds a mild touch of lemon flavor especially on grilled or steamed vegetables. It's especially nice if I'm also serving fish and the oil from the vegetables also flavors the fish.

Not as excited as I hoped to be. The flavor isn't very strong.

I love mushrooms, but this just smells and tastes too much like a chemical for me...

***Olive oil sold as Truffle flavored Olive oil***
As a trained Chef, this is one of the worst Truffle Infused Olive Oils i have ever purchased. I will definitely be looking for a refund as it is 99% olive oil and only 1% Truffle Flavor. And for 30 bucks?? No way! I have used truffle flavored olive oil before and it was amazing. This product is literally olive oil sold as truffle oil. Beware of scam.
