worked great in Italy. My only complained was I didn't realize I couldn't use it with a plug that has one flared side, so couldn't use it for my hair straightener, but we were able to use it to charge phones, iPad, camera batteries.

Doesn't work with the plug on my blow dryer or straightening iron.

Just returned from a 10-day trip to Spain, and had this as our only travel adapter. I was skeptical I have to admit when I purchased this, since it was our first major international trip, and I was unsure if this would work for all our devices. For such a little thing, it was one of the best devices on our trip! And for the price...fantastic!At the end of every day, we had multiple devices to charge in our hotel room (2 smartphones, 1 kindle, 1 tablet, 1 portable battery pack). This charged all of them without a problem, and the adapter itself never faltered, nor did it overheat. I should also reveal that also this isn't a converter, this device was also able to work no problems, for my husband's c-pap machine that he had to use nightly. So, imagine this little adapter plugged into one european socket, with multiple usb cables hanging out, at least 4 devices charging at once, plus a c-pap machine plugged into the front running all night long.....WOW!Gotta admit I was super impressed! Definitely aided to the enjoyment of our Spain vacation, because you wouldn't believe the headache that would have ensued would we not have been able to charge any of our devices! We had a superb vacation, and this little guy of an adapter has my two thumbs up and endorsement to the moon and back!

When I received my mine and tested it. When plug in its loose and the shutters don't shut good. Contacted the seller and they told me to exchange it but it was kind of too late cause I was leaving. I don't recommend this product.

A nice device with multiple functions

Great price, worked well, and easy to use! Loved that it had two USB ports in addition to the single "traditional" plug in - allowed me to charge everything I needed at the same time. The case was nice and convenient. Kept the charger safe in my luggage, and had room for a couple of USB cables, too.Also, the emails asking me to write a review were funny and cute. Keep doing what you do, Travel Ninja!

I just came back from a week long trip to New Zealand, and this worked great. I was able to charge my iPad and one portable charger during the day with the dual USB ports, and my iPhone and second portable charger at night. Twisting the prongs from US to NZ was a little non intuitive, but once twisted, I didn't have to touch them again for the trip.

Did not get the opportunity to use this item. It was broken out of the box.
