**Q: Would this work for lefse?**
A: The basic idea is the same, I’d say it should work for that.

**Q: Do the pancakes smoke, and stink up the kitchen,  while cooking on this device?**
A: No , it does not smoke the kitchen and it is for crepes , I have not tried with pancakes yet

**Q: What is the maximum temperature it will reach?in f degrees?**
A: I am not sure about that because I have found the crepe maker more than hot enough for my cooking needs.I use strictly for crepe making or similar recipes.

**Q: does It come with butter spreader?**
