Healthy Grilling : Sizzling Favorites for Indoor and Outdoor Grills Paperback – May 20, 2001

I will be honest -- I haven't yet tried any of the recipes in the book. Most of the recipes seem easy and the ingredients are available, which is the good news. It is small and has no photos. Maybe because of that -- it seems less inspiring than I would have liked. All in all -- if you haven't grilled much and want a small, fairly basic book, then this could be the one. I will try a few of the recipes, but I doubt this will become my "go to" grilling book.
