Too Firm
Not sure what I was expecting, but this pillow is way too firm. Hurts my neck if I use it to sleep. I use it sometimes in between my knees or under my knees/calves.

Great pillow
Love this pillow best night sleep I have had in a while I purchased mine. The pillow didn't bother tmj, or back problem . I went to sleep with six pillows to one . I would recommend this pillow is great , if you like memory foam mattress or don't you will love this pillow. The smell was from being new just leave it out until bedtime put a pillow case on it you are all set for a good night sleep.

Hard as rocks, at first.
If you like a super firm pillow, this one is for you. I'm giving it three stars though because the material is super soft and the pillow seems to be made of really good material, but it's just so.darn.hard.! After my boyfriend and I spent a good 15 minutes beat the crap out of our pillows, they were (sort of) squishy enough to sleep on them. After we fluffed them out a few times they got better, but they are still kinda firm.

Way too firm! You wake up with your neck & head hurting! TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE pillow! Knowing what I experienced, even trying to get through the break in period, I wouldn't have bought it for $1.00 !!!!
