The zipper broke on the first pack I ordered, but they replaced the pack entirely immediately. A truly top notch customer service experience and clear willingness to live up to their satisfaction claims and warranty. All this and my favorite part was the price. One of my favorite purchases in quite a while.

I was expecting a much lower quality backpack for the price. Extremely impressed with the craftsmanship of the bag all around. Has a high quality zipper which was a big thing for me. Also the design team on this particular bag did an excellent job of compartmentalizing the interior of the bag itself. Inside are multiple zipper pockets perfect pens, phones, wallets, chargers etc. Another small thing that I liked is that it has two side pockets for water bottles instead of one and not only that buy they are designed well enough to where your water bottle or travel mug won't easily fall out. I have had every back pack from Jansport to hershel, burton, northface and for the quality that you get for the price that you pay with these bags, there is no other reason to buy any other.
