I contacted the company who offered to repair it, so I sent my phone away and it was then returned 3 weeks later. I had to chase this up on a number of occasions, no one would answer the phone and I couldn’t get a straight answer on what was wrong with my phone. When it was returned to me I contacted them to find out what had actually been repaired. I was told the battery had been replaced. However 3 weeks later the same problem happened. I contacted them again and they offered to repair it again. I refused this and requested they just refund me. I was told I would be refunded. However after returning the phone, and waiting about two weeks for someone to get back to me, I was told it would be a partial refund. I have disputed this but they have gone ahead and refunded me almost half the cost of what I paid for the phone. They are also not returning any emails after emailing them to dispute this partial refund. I am out of pocket and have had to buy another phone - from another company!
