good sturdy wireless camera
the camera works good and is very sturdy but the light is weak and needs a supplemental light to light up the duct work i need to inspect

Outstanding customer service and excellent product.
Bought the product in 2012, and was very helpful to look in cramped spaces such as engine bays and when inspecting plumbing behind walls. That said, the after sales service was excellent from PBT USA, representative Nigel at 314-219-0999The unit was out of warranty, but THEY STILL REPLACED THE BATTERY AND ENTIRE UNIT UNDER WARRANTY AFTER 3 YEARS.THAT'S SERVICE THAT GOES BEYOND ANY WRITTEN CONTRACT!!Issues:1. Battery on wand didn't hold charge, after not being used for a a very long time. Contacted PBT USA, who sent a FREE battery.2. After replacing battery the unit would no longer communicate with hand held device. Contacted PBT USA, who replaced the entire unit free of charge.After sales service is the most important aspect of any product and this company went above and beyond the published warranty. Thanks PBT USA
