Shirt proportions differ from standard sizes so that they fit tall, lean men. The cotton and polyester blend is a combed cotton so that our shirts feel incredibly soft and flexible. Always machine wash cold and tumble dry low to minimize shrinking. Do not bleach. Please use the following sizing guide to get the best size: Small is for guys 6'0 - 6'4" who weigh about 130 lbs. to 160 lbs. Medium is for guys 6'2" - 6'6" who weigh about 160 lbs. to 200 lbs. Large is for guys 6'4" - 6'8" who weight about 200 lbs. to 240 lbs. X-Large is for guys 6'9" - 7'0" who weight about 240 lbs. to 280 lbs. These are estimates based on feedback. Small is 30" long and 39" in the chest. Medium is 31" long and 42" in the chest. Large is 32" long and 45" in the chest. X-Large is 33" long and 48" in the chest.
