Actually waterproof! Deep dome to fit snugly. Other waterproof hats I found were too shallow and would easily blow off. Adjustable with soft mesh lining to further keep your head away from the actual hat fabric. Thumbs up!

This hat definitely keeps your head dry. I just wish the hat was larger size because my head is huge (7 5/8). If your skull is smaller than mine, you'll be okay. If for some reason your head is larger than mine, see a doctor.

I bought this hat for my son, he loves it. It came faster than expected. It's his go to hat. It fits perfectly and keeps the rain off. I'm thinking of getting my husband one as well. It's a great buy!

Too bad it is not made in USA as advertised on Amazon

cheap clasp/band on the back looks like it will break easily- wore it once and sweated so much it was as good as being rained on.

I wore this during a half marathon that included pouring and freezing rain (there was even small hail during a downpour 20 minutes before the race started). This hat kept my head dry and kept rain out of my eyes. That was the exact purpose for which it was purchased and it worked perfectly.

I am a truck driver and I wanted a wider brim. this is a regular baseball cap. weather proof. I returned the product.

Bought this one because the Beechfield Tactel cap that I ordered from Amazon was way too shallow on my head and I couldn't wear it. This one has elastic for a snug but comfortable fit and fits my M/L (22" circumference - about 7.5 hat size) head nicely!
