I ordered this box of Cotton Twine 4 Pack White String the Best Twine for Cooking to use for trussing. It is a very nice cooking twine and would be good for both chickens and turkeys or even rolling a stuffed roast. If cooking isn't your thing it would also be good for macrame or other craft projects.
