Excellent ear defenders. Bought 2 sets for myself and my son. Tested at the range and we were very impressed. You can talk freely and the shots are instantly cancelled. The gel ear muffs and headband are very comfortable. great value and work well.

Perfect for me. I can hear normal conversation and it stops the sound of mi shotgun and everyone else's.It will distort if turned up to full volume. However , full volume is louder than having a conversation without them on.If you want to listen to loud music through these whilst shooting . I would say ,not suitable.

For the price these are excellent. Good sound control but can still hear voices clearly. A huge plus when on a range. It feels a touch 'clunky' and not quite as stable as others but certainly for the money well worth a buy.

They work well and are comfortable in use. Fold small enough to carry easily.

The build quality of these active ear defenders is exceptional. They feel sturdy and well put together, with no signs of cheap materials. I was especially impressed with the gel pads, which are incredibly comfortable even when worn over glasses or safety glasses.During my testing, I used them while shooting a .22lr and they worked flawlessly. But what really sets these ear defenders apart from other passive options is their ability to amplify voices. It's truly remarkable how quickly the sound changes when firing a shot. Coming from a cheap set of passive hearing protection, this feature is a game-changer.However, I should note that I haven't had a chance to test these ear defenders with a larger or louder round yet. I will update my review when I do. But based on my experience so far, I highly recommend these active ear defenders for anyone in need of reliable and comfortable hearing protection while shooting firearms.

Purchased for Sporting Clay Shotgun shooting. Very good value and an excellent product. Would definitely recommend.

Probably the most comfortable ear protection I’ve used the gel pads are superb but unfortunately the sound is poor. I bought these as my old ear protection hurt my ears when I wore eye protection. I prefer these but miss the sound quality of old ones. That’s why they aren’t 5 stars. If you want comfort you can’t go wrong but only if you can live with tinny sound that sometimes cuts out.
